5. Sharing Survey Responses with an Audience

Any paid users have the ability to let others view the results without giving them access

to their account through the Share Responses link.

The results link you provide updates as your results do!

You determine the level of access to the data. You decide to share the Summary

Results only or to provide access to all of the individual responses, or All Responses. In

addition, you have the option of allowing others to use the Filter feature and/or the

Export feature in the Shared Link.

To configure this, please follow these four steps:

Step 1: Click the Analyze icon next to the survey title on the My Surveys page.

Step 2: The Share Responses link is located on the left side of the Analyze page.

Step 3: By default, the sharing is disabled. Click Edit Settings to allow more features

and capabilities.

Choose between the following:

 Only the Summary of Responses

 Share Summary of Responses, View Open-Ended Responses

 Share Summary of Responses, View and Browse Open-Ended Responses -

Similar to your admin view. Enable filtering and downloading.

NOTE - Enabling Filters on Shared Data:

Those who receive the share link with filtering enabled will see all responses even if you

have filters active on your account.

Need to share only filtered data? To learn more: Sharing Filtered Data

Need to hide sensitive information? To learn more: Hide Sensitive Data

Step 4: Click Save Changes. The link to the results is generated, and you are now

ready to provide the generated link to others. Simply copy and paste that link into your

own email client to send out to whomever you would like; or even post it on your own

webpage.
