Page 57
The Default Report initially opens each time the page is accessed.
Step 3: When you click Add Report, name the new report and uncheck any question
or page of questions you do not want visible. Click Save Report when you are finished.
You can then export the data with the custom report applied.
NOTE - Filtering on Custom Shared Reports:
Currently, if you have enabled filtering on the Shared Custom Report link, then those
you are sharing the data with will have access to all questions in the Filter Editor.
If the questions are hidden in the report, the enabled filtering capabilities will
provide access to all questions when creating filters, even hidden ones.
Do not enable filtering if you do not want to share sensitive information.
You may want to consider exporting the custom data report and then emailing
that exported file to maintain sensitive data. Click here for additional information
on exporting data with a filter applied.
7. Text Analysis
Text Analysis makes qualitative research faster and easier. The ability to analyze what
your respondents say helps you gain insight into their attitudes, behaviors, concerns,
motivations and culture. SurveyMonkey's Text Analysis tools also allow you to do
quantitative research on open-ended questions. You can categorize, or code, and filter
your respondents' important words and phrases. The cloud view and list view features
instantly show you the top words and phrases. This feature is available with our GOLD
and PLATINUM plans. Click here to learn more: What is Text Analysis?
